He has been sharing his experiences and updating his fans with new trends and custom in business practice. The 8 Things Super-Performers have in Common is composed for several year from his success and failure experience from the beginning of his career . Over 400 of his writing and share on his fan page, only 64 topics which each has over 100 shares, are selected to be in this book. Personal impression of this book is a mixture of tips and tricks, storytelling of someone who has been through tough times until succeeded and would like to share do’s and don’ts. The book is easy to digest and practical. Anyone who works in organization or when individuals deal with people, this could be useful to reference as guidelines. There is no need to start reading chapter by chapter, it can be read from topic interested. The first jobbers, as well, could benefit from reading several chapters since the junior has fewer years of service. The book is like personal mentor!Item Implementing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Strategies to Boost Employee Morale During Economic Downturns(Graphicsite 295 Nakhon Ratchasima Road, Dusit, Bangkok, Thailand 10300, 2025-08-29) Sirinart PaetyangkulThis paper examines the critical role of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) strategies in maintaining and boosting employee morale during periods of economic downturn. As organizations face increasing financial pressures and uncertainty, employee morale often suffers, leading to decreased productivity, higher turnover rates, and overall organizational instability. This study argues that implementing robust DEIB initiatives can serve as a powerful tool to counteract these negative effects and foster a resilient, engaged workforce. Drawing on recent research and case studies, this paper explores how DEIB strategies can be effectively deployed to address the unique challenges posed by economic stress. The paper examines four key areas: enhancing diversity to promote innovation and adaptability, ensuring equity to maintain trust and fairness, fostering inclusion to create a supportive work environment, and nurturing a sense of belonging to strengthen employee commitment and motivation. Findings suggest that organizations that prioritize DEIB during economic downturns not only maintain higher levels of employee morale but also position themselves for stronger recovery and long-term success. The paper provides practical recommendations for implementing DEIB strategies tailored to economic challenges, including inclusive leadership practices, equitable resource allocation, and fostering a culture of mutual support and respect. This research contributes to the growing body of literature on organizational resilience and provides valuable insights for leaders seeking to navigate economic uncertainties while maintaining a motivated and productive workforce.
