Abstract
POWER OF SDU TALK offers a platform for personnel to communicate effectively throughout the organization, resulting in smoother and more efficient teamwork and cross-functional collaboration. In addition, it provides a platform for executives to communicate their policies directly and regularly to all members so that they understand the direction and perform their duties accordingly. Knowledge from the talks (Explicit Knowledge) is also extracted and disseminated in easily understandable and accessible forms, such as clips via YouTube and infographics published on the website and numerous social media channels.
