Item Knowledge Management of Local Wisdom of Safrol Laurel Products in KhaoKob Sub-district, HuaiYot District, Trang Province for Strengthening the Community(Jundishapur Journal of Microbiology, 2022-04-24) Benjawan Khunrit; Thanawit Piandee; Therdchai ChoibamroongThis research article on Knowledge Management of Local Wisdom of Safrol Laurel Products in KhaoKob Sub-district, HuaiYot District, Trang Province for Strengthening the Community aimed to 1) Study local wisdom of Safrol Laurel products in KhaoKob Sub-district, HuaiYot District, Trang, 2) Study the knowledge management process of local wisdom of Safrol Laurel products in KhaoKob Sub-district, HuaiYot District, Trang, 3) Study the success conditions of the knowledge management of local wisdom of Safrol Laurel products in KhaoKob Sub-district, HuaiYot District, Trang. This study used qualitative research methodology based on in-depth interviews, observations, focus group meetings, and qualitative data analysis. The major findings indicated as follows: 1. Knowledge of local wisdom of Safrol Laurel products in KhaoKob Sub-district, HuaiYot District, Trang included: 1) Safrol Laurel products were divided into three categories: belongings, souvenir, and decoration types, and belief and ritual products, 2) equipment used in the production of carvings from SafrolLaurel , 3) production procedures, and 4) group management. 2. The knowledge management process of local wisdom of Safrol Laurel products in KhaoKob Sub-district, HuaiYot District, Trang contained 7 areas: knowledge identification, knowledge acquisition, knowledge capture, knowledge sharing, knowledge storage, knowledge transfer, and knowledge application. 3. Conditions of success of the knowledge management of local wisdom of the Safrol Laurel products in KhaoKob Sub-district, HuaiYot District, Trang contained 6 areas: knowledge about knowledge management, corporate culture, group leaders, organizational structure, support from external agencies and local resources.Item Structural Equation Model of The Development of Marketing Communication Strategy for Creative Tourism of Na Muen Si Sub-district, Na Yong District, Trang Province, Thailand(Design Engineering, 2021) Thanawit PiandeeThe present study was intended to analyze structural factors of development of marketing communication strategies for creative tourism of Na Muen Si sub-district, Na Yong district, Trang Province. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was conducted using AMOS software with 800 participants, 400 of whom were people in the community of Na Muen Si sub-district, Na Yong district, Trang Province, and the rest 400 of whom were tourists visiting the community. The analysis of the structural equation model revealed that internal factors of marketing mix, including process of service and promotion, of Na Muen Si sub-district, Na Yong district, Trang Province, influenced factors of integrated marketing communication of the community. Moreover, it was discovered that its factors of integrated marketing communication comprised advertising and personal selling.
