It also serves a basic index of state development from the perspective of standards of living and healthy environment for economic growth and business activities. The motor transport industry reflects efficiency of the state policy, which also includes effective budget funding of the industry. The most developed countries make a considerable effort to maintain the motor transport system infrastructure and to stimulate development and integration of innovation technologies, which meets the goals of the national economy's sustainable development.
